Crop Report
Parks Blueberries are now completely harvested for the 2007 crop. We have frozen about 1/3 of our marvelous harvest of delicious sweet blueberries. And we have our freezer filled with these blueberries to keep you supplied with beautiful blueberries for the next 10 months.
Parks FALL RASPBERRY HARVEST will BEGIN Aug.29/07 and continue until frost (usually until after Thanksgiving)

Blueberry Snack Bars

• 1 1/4 C all purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 C butter or margarine
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 C icing sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 C sugar
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 1/2 C Parks Blueberries fresh or frozen
Preheat oven to 350oF. Mix 1 C flour, butter, and icing sugar until smooth.
Spread over bottom of 8"*8"*2" baking pan. Bake 20 min.
or until golden brown. Meanwhile mix remaining ingredients together. Spread
over top of baked cookie base. Bake 30 min. Cool and dust with additional
icing sugar. Cut in bars or squares.
